EARTH DANCING

Dancing with all the stars and universes

In all their coloured splendour

Feeling them wrap themselves around

Like coloured ribbons and cloths

Of love and longing

And now feeling just this planet

Our planet for now

This Earth

Surrendering

To her pulse, her heartbeat, her rhythm

She is enough

She doesn’t need us

To protect her

Fight for her

Or empower her!

But as she wakes

And pulses

She invites us into her womb

To nest into her

To pulsate with her

We allow her to dance us

A deeply sensuous dance

Our bodies melting

Into a rich earthy dance

So that we may become one with her

Our bodies writhing and twisting

Like tree roots into the Earth

Supple and sensuous

Breathless

Reaching ever deeper

Into her depths

To touch into the lakes of black gold water

Deep in her heart

That if we dare to drink from

Will bring us back to life

As she starts to express her power and beauty

We may move with her now

In unison

In harmony

One heart beating

Wildness

Power

Gentleness

Seeping into the Earth

And rising from it
